In late 2019 Coventry Building Society engaged branding agency SomeOne™ to reinvigorate their brand strategy and visual identity.

As part of the brand reboot, I led the UX/UI strategy and conversion-rate optimisation, and rolled out a new UI design system for the website, online banking, and mobile app.
